Look!  our newest member to our (trailer) family....

Look what Santa (daughter& son-in-love) gave me for Christmas.... SCORE!
This Scotty is hand made from tin, and cute as can be....
He is 30" long by 16" tall...... he is going to look cute with the other Scotties that I travel with...
Hope my kitties don't fell slighted by all the attention he will get!

 as well as my sweet little Scotty trailer.(pg201).. I have Glamped the past 3 years there....

Juli... the Hostess with the Mostess opens her property to a handful of us Glamping Divas every late Summer.... and we have the best time.
I was delighted to spot other photo's of friends and their trailers in MaryJane's Glamping book....

More Trailer Goodies...

 Lookie Lookie,,,, I found this kool 'Scotty' banner.... I can hardly wait to display it outside my Scotty this Summer while Glamping... it's  2' x 4'.... easy to spot in the camp grounds.

 Then I found this sweet vintage chenille rug... I tossed it in the wash,,, and it cleaned up beautifully... yep, it will go out into the Scotty.....

 Then I found this uber silly book...by Jeff Foxworthy of "You might be a red neck' fame...

I also found this Gorham Crystal mini Martini glass ornament.....I haven't decided which trailer it will adorn... and last but not least,,, I found this 'Ice-o-matic' ice crusher.... it will go in our newest~old trailer... it appears beige in color but it is actually a peach color....  I love surprising our trailers with their very own Christmas presents.... don't you?

Clean-up Day...

It was cold and miserable outside... but inside the ManCave ..... Gary was busy working...cleaning up inside the newest member of our Trailer Family!

 Sweeping, vacuuming.... cleaning  out 47 years of dirt and yuck....

 Yep, we wore our very stylish 'monkey masks'.... don't want to breath in all that yuck!

We found this "Life Time Warrantee" taped to the underside of a cabinet...

My newest trailer...

Ok, Gary got a new old trailer... so I had to add one more to mine!

Kinda makes me want to hit the beaches of Santa Monica..... Surfs Up Dudes & Duddettes! lol!

She's Home!

Well, Gary has been in search of a 'silver  trailer' for the past year... and go figure... he would find one/ her... right here in our little community... She was sitting forlorn and sad and neglected in an industrial area....we got brave, left a note and 2 weeks later,,, she is re-titled, licensed and registered in our name... and is now at home with her 2 little sisters...
So we now have a 1963 Scotty, 1964 Fleet Craft and a 1965 Silver streak... The smallest being the 12' Fleet Craft,,,, the Scotty is 16ft and the biggest, the Silver Streak at 22ft. (SS)
Now for the task of cleaning up/out and under the SS.... We put 4 new tires on today...next, new springs, grease the bearings and then for the fun part...fixing up the inside...We are thinking Mid-Century Modern meets the Atomic era.... I see lots of turquoise and pink in her future!

Pendleton Love Affair!

 My friends know I have an on-going Love Affair with anything Pendleton....
And here is my latest Pendleton find...

It cost me more to have it Dry Cleaned then what I paid for it! lol!  It's not a terrific photo,,, but my Pendleton jacket is Green and Brown plaid with suede elbow patches. It looks so new, I wonder if the previous owner ever wore it...great score at the Thrift for $6.99  SCORE!

New Boots?!?

Ok, so the hub and I were out at the local Farm & Feed store and while hubby was chatting with the clerk I spotted these cute rubber boots! All the rage at Trailer round-ups!
Needless to say, hubby said, aren't those like the boots you've been drooling over?,,, Me: you betcha!,,, He: so get them: Me:Really?.....and before he could take a breathe I was trying on a pair...Perfect fit! SOLD! Now I have the cutest pair of rubber cowgirl boots to wear around the Glamp site...or when I am "mucking out the kitty litter box" as a friend commented! lol!

In the mean time... some of my gal~pals and I gathered up our lil trailers for an afternoon of Glamping! We 'parked' ourselves at the Rusty Moose for a fab-u-los lunch and gabfest!

Well fiddle sticks... both this blog and my other blog seem to be at an impass with Google/Picaso... as I can't post pictures unless I start paying  per blog each month... so until I figure whether to keep 2 separate blogs or combine them into one... I will be  playing on face book... lol!

I went out to the ManCave this morning to check in on the 'girls'....  they woke and asked if it was time to come out and play yet,,, I whispered, "No dear ones, not quit yet, now go back to sleep"... and they did....

Yep,,, he made me a 'safety bat'... to keep in my trailer (under my bed) just in case an unwanted Vampire Bat or intruder comes in...
Now doesn't that just speak words of 'LOVE' ?

 Spotted this while at Lowes,,, the little lites on the trailer,,,lite up...

Oh Sure,,, Go figure.... now that my sweet lil trailers are tucked away in the barn for the Winter,,, I am seeing all kinds of cute 'trailer' goodies.... like this ceramic bird house...which I bought...it was  a Thrift store find for $1.50

Scotty Woolie....

Lately I have been enjoying creating and stitching  'wool penny rugs'... and recently I finished up my latest creation...

a woolie with my Sister on the Fly number....
I also added 2 cute little plaid Scotty Dog buttons....
So now I am trying to decide... should I attach a ribbon or maybe a wire hanger or leave it as it is... or stitch this onto a wool pillow... oh decisions, decisions....

Petticoats...

So while out at one of my favorite Thrifts,,, I came across 1/2 dozen petticoats...OMG! I thought I had died and gone to Petticoat Heaven!  lol!
There were blue ones, a black one, yellow one, green one, etc., plus this pink one... aacckk! so many choices,,, what's a gal to do?
Well to not put my marriage in jeopardy I only purchased only one,,, this one... I love the dusty rose~pink color and that it is a bit longer than the others...plus it is what is called a '50yd' petticoat...meaning it has 50yds of fabric so it's quite full and fluffy....

Needless to say,,, I will be 'stylin' next year at our annual 'SOTF shops Farm Chick' camping/glamping event! Now to find a pink cowgirl hat, oh wait! I have one... so now all I need is a pair of pink cowgirl boots! 
(p.s., the pink boots below, are a size 6, way to small for my size 8 cloddhoppers!...lol!)

Boot Scootin'

 I found these cute, pink faux leather boots..... how cute to use for decorating my Scotty trailer (pink & blue)...and to store a bottle of Vino in......  

 Then I found these at my favorit 2nd hand Western shop......  these are Nacona boots and very retro....

 The red ones are by Tony Lama.  I love the latigo stitching on both boots.

 this fold-up camp chair is going to look soooo Kool by my trailer next Camping season....

It's a fold~able rocking chair... I love it!  I found it at a local 2nd hand Western Shop....

We stopped off in a little town, hit the Deli for lunch then we found this lovely place to relax and enjoy.

 There were so many vistas, some sparse like this while others were overgrown with dense vegetation.

 We crossed several riverbeds as well as lots of little creeks......

But this was the best view of all!  My best friend, George.... He and I bonded from the get-go,,,or could it have been all the apples I gave him? lol!
