Our New 'Playhouse' on wheels..

Well we did it,, after months of talking, researching and week ends of looking at Motorhomes...we found the perfect one that is perfect for us..

 we bought a Thor Axis Class-A (RUV)

 at 28 1/2 ft long, with 2 bump outs....

 it's not as wide as a standard Class-A, it is  a tad narrower...

 yet roomy enough with the bump outs in the open position.. and when the bump outs are closed, it is still easy to move around in.

even Ginger loves checking it out... now, were shall we go,,, the open road awaits us...

 

Don't worry, I still have my Serro Scotty trailer and the Aristocrat,, for my own girlie glamping week ends with my gal~pals.

Now,,, for Glamping season.....

 

 

Trailer Grins...

Trailer Grins... I have (almost) finished my wool craft trailer pillow,, all I need to do is buy a 12x12" pillow form and stitch up the fabric... I found this cool muted pillow-ticking fabric for the backing... and soon as I get back from California (visit my mom)... I will finish the deco pillow...

 More Trailer Grins.... I received a package today from a Maryjane FarmGirl friend,,,

 and look at all the goodies inside! Oh My Stars!

 I can hardly wait to work on the Trailer Applique and the Trailer Quilt... The sweet little ceramic trailer on the right side is actually a tiny trinket box..

 One more Crafty Trailer Grin.... I bought this little (red) travel mug, and went straight to work on

 personalizing it with some scraps of trailer  fabric.

 and Voila!!! my very own customized Trailer mug.

Flamingo Table Runner..

OOPS!, I forgot to post a picture of the flamingo table runner I made  awhile back... Silly Me!

 I luv it!

 it turned out cute... and the white ball fringe was a last minute add.

I was short enough fabric for the back side,, but the polka piece was just perfect...

I can hardly wait to put it to use... 

Bling for my Trailer..

With all the snow fall we are having... I decided to get crafting...

I made a couple of these last year as gifts.. and now I made one for myself..

it's blingy,,, but my camera is old and the photo did not turn out great...
Hmmm, maybe I need to search for a 1967 trailer... hmmm

 

Trailer Goodies for 2019

 I found this cute rose/pink (sorry, photo doesn't show well) and golf coffee carafe... I luv it! Fun 1960's find...

 My 2019 Trailer calendar and a cute drink cup.... 

 I stitched up this little wool project several months ago,,, I have way to many deco pillows for my trailer so I think I will frame this and make it a wall hanging... now to decide if I should use this 'ticking' fabric or burlap on it... decisions decisions.... 

 I found this cute foam trailer craft kit.... complete with Flamingo in the yard!

OK, I know "the Tiny House" is all the rage... but honestly,,, I would much rather have my lil trailers!

Just One More... Again!

Just One More,,, Again! hahaha...

 I found this cute little ceramic trailer the other day while out and about junktiquing...

I also found a much wanted Penguin ice bucket,, as well as a little kiddie ironing board which I plan to use as a little 'table' to set out by my lawn chair outside my trailer, to place my coffee/tea or wine glass on... heeheehee....

Just when I thought my trailer days were over for the season...

I found an other one!

 I had stopped in at Wal-mart to grab coffee creamer when I spotted this in the Holiday décor...

I had told myself I wasn't going to buy any more mini trailers,, but I managed to ignored that lil voice in my head,, lol!

Trailers are Tucked Away for Winter.

Well, my trailers are tucked away for winter..

Now it's time to nestle back and dream of new Glamping advantures in 2019.

 

 I decided to take the Aristocrat for it's last outing at Kamp Karen,,, as the weather was to be less then stellar.,, and trust me,, it was cold and windy, but it didn't stop us from having fun.  

 I haven't decided on a deco theme yet for the 'Crat",,,so for now I just pilfer stuff from the Scotty and around the house.

 I did bring some crafting projects to work on., like this wool craft 'trailer' block. Oh and the pink object de' Art,, that is a sweet planter light from the 1960's...I found it while out Junktiquing.

 This is Mig's trailer, aka Party Central...complete with an inflatable sofa, I added my pink papazon camp chair...

 

This is Karen's trailer,,, "Driving Ms Daisy"... parked along the side of the Chicken Mansion...

All in all it was a fun last camping venue for the year.

 

I hope to be able to decorate my 'Crat' during the winter,, stitch up new curtains,, and decide on a theme for it,,

Well until Spring,,, Happy Trails.......

3 More Days...

Just 3 more days and 'Scotty" and I will be hitting the road.. Elk River, here we come!

One of the things I love about our get togethers is that we don't mind dressing up silly!

 soaking  by the 'Pool'....

 can't miss me in a crowd in my orange tourist shirt...

The Girls are Out!

The Girls are out of the Barn, finally!

But still not great Glamping weather here..

 

In the mean time.. I am re-doing the Serro Scotty and in the course of going through the containers of trailer goodies.. found my lil Beehive Ice Bucket...  Luv it!

 

 Now to 'set-up' around the camp site...heeheehee...

 I am leaning toward mid-century modern for the Aristocrat...

 but the poor Scotty needs a total clean up and re-do... hmmmm...

 In the mean time, I made up some soap sachets to put in the trailers to keep/deter the mice from trying to move into my trailers...

I will be heading to Elk Idaho the end of July,, just haven't decided which trailer to take.

ah, decisions decisions...
